    répondre: Yes it does have a reverse setting. Good all round machine, not complicated to use.
  • question: Does this machine do any form of overlocking or neatening of seams?

    répondre: No, it doesn't. Hope that helps. On YouTube Singer have done a video tutorial of this machine and all its functions.
  • question: Use for making quilts?

    répondre: Not sure, haven't tried that, but I can't think why not.
  • question: Does this have a foot pedal with variable speed?

    répondre: Yes, it does. If you press lightly on it, it goes slow; and if you press down on the pedal, it will go faster. but remember, this is a beginner machine, not a heavy-duty one. So even the fast speed is slow comparing to a fast heavy-duty sewing machine.
  • question: Is it suitable for use without transformer in Europe? (In 230v, 50v area)

    répondre: Not sure of actual weight, but is easy to pick up and place on a table. Good machine and all-rounder for sewing.

    répondre: Yes. You can sew anything. Excellent machine and easy to use.
  • question: First time I use this machine and it stains the white fabric! You can see a gray line under the sewed fabric.

    répondre: I had no such problem with mine. I suggest testing it on scrap fabric and making sure that the needle and bobbin etc are clean with no dust. If it continues to stain the fabric contact the manufacturer.

    répondre: Don't know about different speeds but it has different length stitches and types of stitch.

    répondre: Yes, the machine does have a very good light.
