répondre: Yes, a very sturdy plastic one that gives good protection for the hands and the grater. -

répondre: I have no experience; I do not bowl. The steel is thin compared to a woodworking rasp, each cutting edge is quite sharp. I would think a masonry drill bit would work better. -

Is it strong enough to scrape soft wood like sandal?
répondre: Seems like it would. I scrape cinnamon sticks which are quite hard. -

What is the difference between the classic and the premium spice grater?
répondre: Classic has hard plastic handle, Premium has a soft grip rubberized handle, as well as most of premium items have non slip stops on opposite ends. I'm not sure if the spice grater does. -

I already own the original zester/grater....would this be more effective or faster to use on cinnamon?
répondre: While you CAN grate cinnamon on your original zester/grater, the teeth on this spice grater are more suited for cinnamon and other hard spices.
