The DeWalt 18V combi drill is well worth the price and comes brand new with all the items as described. It includes a drill, one charger, two batteries and power handle inside a large plastic carry case. The drill may make a grinding noise, which is normal if the speed setting is knocked slightly and not fully engaged in one speed. However, there are mixed opinions about the product in terms of the advertisement and the quality. There are some customers who have received the product without any issue, they highlight that it is a good value for a complete set of two DeWalt 5A batteries and is an excellent quality drill. In addition, some customers appreciated good service when returning the item. On the other hand, some customers are disappointed that the product they received is not as advertised, as the image on the ad shows drill, charger, two batteries and the case, but they only received the drill.
