The AMD Ryzen™ 9 7950X3D 16-Core, 32-Thread Desktop Processor is a high-performance CPU that runs solid, runs cool and is extremely fast. This CPU is faster than other CPUs in most games, and can easily handle heavy workloads. The install is easy and the AM4/AM5 cooler installation is not bad at all. Drivers, BIOS setup, and Xbox Game Bar require attention to ensure that the 3D stacked V-cache is enabled. This chip is worth the upgrade and is likely to last a long time. The feature for AMD chips - curve optimizer - can set to low amounts with boost clock override, and can be overclocked a little bit. For proper stability, OCCT, Prime95 and benchmark apps can be used for testing.
